Michele Haege PAC, Co-owner/Services
Michele Haege, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant, native of Solon, Iowa and the proud owner of Med Spa Solon. Michele began her journey with the then Sashy MedSpa working part-time, where her dedication, skill, and genuine care for clients quickly helped her build a large and loyal clientele. In August 2025, she became co-owner of Med Spa Solon, continuing her mission to provide personalised, high-quality aesthetic and wellness care to the area.
With years of experience in emergency medicine, primary care, and aesthetics, Michele brings a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to every treatment. Her medical background includes extensive experience in acute care, diagnostics, and procedural medicine, as well as a strong foundation in preventive health and wellness.
Michele earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, one of the top-ranked PA programs in the nation, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Psychology from Augsburg University. Her diverse medical background includes work in emergency departments across Johnson and Linn Counties, collegiate athletic medicine, and volunteer outreach for underserved populations.
At MedSpa Solon, Michele focuses on helping clients look and feel their best through a combination of medical expertise, artistry, and compassionate care. She is passionate about building lasting relationships, educating clients about their treatment options, and delivering natural, confidence-boosting results.

Personal Life
Michele and Frank were married in 2002 and have resided in Solon with their three boys: Frank Jr., MJ, AJ since 2020. Outside of the clinic, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, landscaping, gardening, connecting with her community, and continually expanding her knowledge in aesthetic medicine and wellness.

Frank Haege M.S. Co-Owner/Operations & Wellness
Frank brings over three decades of leadership, coaching, and wellness experience to MedSpa Solon. As Co-Owner and Wellness Coordinator, Frank combines his lifelong dedication to physical performance, recovery, and personal growth with a passion for helping others achieve balance, confidence, and lasting wellness through advanced spa treatments.
Frank spent more than 30 years leading athletic and recreational programs at both the collegiate and community levels. He served as Head Football Coach at Augsburg University, The Arena Football League and later as Recreation Director for the City of Tiffin, where he established a thriving recreation department, designed programs to promote community health, and managed multi-million-dollar facilities and budgets.
Since 2021, Frank has also served as an Assistant Football Coach at Solon High School, continuing his lifelong dedication to developing young athletes. His ability to blend physical education principles with motivation and mentorship helps students and clients alike achieve peak performance — whether on the field or in everyday life.
Frank holds a Master of Science in Physical Education from Bemidji State University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Education from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. His education, combined with his background in leadership, corporate development, and recreation management, fuels his holistic approach to wellness coordination.
His coaching mindset ensures that every client receives personalized attention and a structured plan designed to achieve measurable, lasting results.
Beyond the spa, Frank is an avid kayaker, pickleball player, and cyclist, often found exploring Iowa’s lakes and trails. His active lifestyle and lifelong commitment to wellness inspire his work every day — helping MedSpa Solon clients feel strong, balanced, and revitalized.
